(a) The Chairperson shall be appointed by the President of the Republic.
(b) The Deputy Chairperson shall be appointed by the President.
(c) KCSS Enforcement Officers shall be appointed by the President upon recommendation of the Chairperson.
(d) All members of the KCSS shall serve at the pleasure of the President and may be removed at any time, with or without cause.
(e) In the absence, removal, or incapacity of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson shall assume the duties of Chairperson.
