(a) The KCSS shall consist exclusively of:

(1) A Chairperson of State Security;

(2) A Deputy Chairperson of State Security;

(3) KCSS Enforcement Officers appointed pursuant to this part.

(b) No additional permanent offices or divisions shall exist within the KCSS unless created by future federal statute.
