ORDER GRANTING TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

This matter, as presented to the court and upon the Complainant’s motion for immediate injunctive relief to prevent the enforcement of Executive Order #1436, pending adjudication on the merits. The Court, having considered the pleadings and the urgency of the relief sought, issues the following Order:

It is hereby ordered that:

1. The enforcement and implementation of Executive Order #1436 is immediately enjoined.
2. The individuals appointed as Governors of Arcadia and Fortitude shall not assume, exercise, or discharge the powers of those offices pending further order of this Court.
3. All of the relevant offices shall retain their current lawful condition and the maintenance of the Status Quo until the constitutional questions presented within this pending matter are fully adjudicated.
