1. The majority of the Court finds that the National Firearm Control and Public Safety Act is unconstitutional, but while two Justices find one constitutional violation, two Justices find another separate violation.
2. The majority of the Court finds that despite being unable to come to a unified response, the National Firearm Control and Public Safety Act must be declared unconstitutional and null and void.
