SEALED TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
The Republic of Krameria filed an Ex Parte Motion for Entry of a Temporary Restraining Order and Other Relief (the “Motion”) against Mr. Metal Crusader. After reviewing the Motion and the accompanying record, this Court GRANTS The Republic’s Motion in part as follows.
This Court finds that issuing this Order without notice pursuant is appropriate because The Republic has presented specific facts in the Declaration of Mr. Insaf Iqbal in support of the Motion and accompanying evidence clearly showing that immediate and irreparable injury, loss, or damage will result before the adverse party can be heard in opposition. Specifically, in the absence of an ex parte Order, Defendants could and likely would attempt to harm the Victim. Accordingly, this Court orders that:
- Defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and all persons acting for, with, by, through, under, or in active concert with them be temporarily enjoined and restrained from:
- Contacting or attempting to contact the Victim in any way, whether by themselves, or by inciting, encouraging, or instructing any other person, including but not limited to:
- Digital Communications (including but not limited to social media, emails, text messages, phone calls and any others)
- Physical Communications
- Going within 100 meters of the Victim (and their Family or other Close Persons) and 1 mile of the places they common, including but not limited to:
- Their place of residence
- Their place of work
- Their Neighborhood
- Molesting, intimidating, pestering, threatening or using physical violence against the Victim (and their Family or other Close Persons).
- Watching, spying on, following, stalking, using electronic tracking devices against or otherwise surveilling the Victim (and their Family or other Close Persons).
- Recording images or videos of, intercepting digital or physical communications of or otherwise monitoring the Victim (and their Family or other Close Persons).
- Associating with the Victim’s Family or other Close Persons.
- Any Defendants that are subject to this Order may appear and move to dissolve or modify the Order. Any third party impacted by this Order may move for appropriate relief.
- This Temporary Restraining Order without notice is entered on 29/03/2026 and shall remain in effect until the conclusion of the trial.
PENAL NOTICE: IF YOU DISOBEY THIS ORDER YOU MAY BE HELD IN CONTEMPT OF COURT AND MAY BE IMPRISONED, FINED OR HAVE YOUR ASSETS SEIZED.
