RULE 1. FILING REQUIREMENTS

(a) Timeliness of appeal.

(1) Every appeal must be filed within seven days of imposition of final administrative action. An appeal may be filed after seven days for good cause.

(2) A banned appellant may seek review of their ban at any time.

(b) Form. Every filing must be in the form prescribed by the Administrative Court.

(c) Filings to be made in good-faith.

(1) Every filing must be:

(A) made with a reasonable belief that it has some merit and in good faith;

(B) accurate; and

Footnote (“Accurate”)

(C) clear, plain, and concise.

(2) Every filing is presumed to be made in accordance with Rule 1(c)(1) unless clearly shown otherwise.

(d) Proof of authority to represent. If the appellant is represented by counsel, the appellant or their counsel must demonstrate to the Administrative Court that the counsel has authorization to represent the appellant.
