COMPLAINANT’S MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

The Complainants, Classical Rick respectfully motion to enter default judgement and proceed to judgement by this Honourable Court for the reasons stated below;

• This case was filed on 08/04/26;
• By precedent, used multiple times by this Court, including in previous cases which complainant has filed before this court; Classical Rick v. Krameria, SC-CV-03 (2026) and Classical Rick v. House, et al., SC-CV-04 (2026), the respondents were always given 24 hours to respond to the bill of complaint, unless a motion was submitted to grant extra time to respond to the complaint, such motion, in this case, was not submitted.
• The Respondents, by and through counsel, responded to the complaint by 11/04/26, which was passed the 24 hour mark allowed by this court.

WHEREFORE, for the reasons above, the complainants request that the court proceed with default judgement and proceed with the issuance of opinions as soon as possible.
