ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Upon review of the record, it is hereby ordered that Insaf, hereafter known as Respondent, shall appear before the Supreme Court to show cause why he should not be adjudged in criminal contempt of this Court for conduct occurring on March 31, 2026, in the matter of Alexander Legion v. Republic of Krameria (CV‑05), whereas the Respondent:

  1. Entered court proceedings without permission, specifically “[sitting] down at the defense table” despite not being recognized as counsel for any party in the case;

  2. Continued to participate in the proceedings after being instructed by a Justice that the Respondent was not considered an attorney before the court, and to “sush,” twice;

  3. Stated that he was counsel for the defendant, and replied to another Justice with “wonders who he is talking to as I never spoke,” after being informed that the defendant was the State and not the President personally;

  4. Instructed the Court that they “can’t respond to thoughts or Out of RolePlay messages, and after being informed the contrary, again instructed the court not to “meta game.”

The Court finds that such conduct, if proven, may constitute criminal contempt under the authority of this Court to punish acts that interfere with the Court’s ability to administer justice.

Failure to respond to this order may result in your arrest and the imposition of sanctions without further notice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
