Re: Preliminary injunction on maintenance fees within Von Klue v. Krameria
The Court issues a preliminary injunction against Title III, Section 2.1(e) of the Republic Electoral Act of March 2026, enjoining the requirement of and collection of the maintenance fees mentioned therein, pending judicial review.
