Treaty of Fortitude

An agreement between the Republic of Krameria and the Unitary Republic of Doulant concerning the friendship and recognition of these two nations.

SECTION I. AN ACCLIMATION OF FRIENDSHIP & RECOGNITION

The Republic of Krameria and the Unitary Republic of Doulant will agree to acclaim friendship between the other. By signature of this treaty the Republic of Krameria recognizes the Unitary Republic of Doulant, as the sole claim to the Doulantese states, and the Unitary Republic of Doulant recognizes the Republic of Krameria as a claimant to the Kramerian states. Additionally, all parties agree to the following terms of the treaty of Fortitude.

SECTION II. Establishment of Consulates

The Republic of Krameria, and the Unitary Republic of Doulant may establish embassies in one another’s servers. These embassies will be ran, and operated by representatives appointed by each nation to the embassy in the other.

All representatives shall have diplomatic immunity. This protects them from: Being arrested for non treasonous, or ending of life crimes. This does not protect them from: Being arrested for treason, having stolen/illegally gotten/illegal goods seized, being declared persona non grata.

Upon the time that an ambassador is declared persona non grata, there shall be a reasoning released. If there is none released, then the nation whom was declared upon shall reach out to the nation that declared. If the issue is resolved, a new, or previous ambassador may be sent.

SECTION III. ENACTMENT

This treaty will go into effect upon its legal passage into law in both the Unitary Republic of Doulant and the Republic of Krameria.
