TREATY OF FORTITUDE

Between the Republic of Herseyaria, the Republic of Garonia, and the Republic of Krameria

PREAMBLE

The Republic of Herseyaria, the Republic of Garonia, and the Republic of Krameria (hereinafter “the Parties”),

Desiring to establish a permanent union under the sovereignty of the Republic of Krameria in accordance with its constitutional order;

Recognizing the mutual benefits of political integration, economic stability, and common defense;

Affirming that such union shall be effected consistent with the Constitution of Krameria and the rule of law;

Have agreed as follows:

The Republic of Herseyaria hereby irrevocably cedes to the Republic of Krameria full and complete sovereignty over all territories under its jurisdiction.
The Republic of Garonia hereby irrevocably cedes to the Republic of Krameria full and complete sovereignty over all territories under its jurisdiction.
Such sovereignty shall vest in Krameria upon entry into force of this Treaty and shall thereafter be exercised in accordance with the Constitution of Krameria.

The territories ceded comprise the entirety of the internationally recognized boundaries of Herseyaria and Garonia as they exist on the date of this Treaty.
All public property, lands, infrastructure, and natural resources owned by Herseyaria and Garonia shall transfer to Krameria, subject to constitutional limitations.
