INDICTMENT

THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CHARGES THAT:

COUNT ONE

Conspiracy in the First Degree (§ 40.15)

  1. A Mr. Metal Crusader said, in public, to Mr. Desmond Von Klue, “Desmond go shoot hersey, youll get $12” and “His bounty is $12”
  2. Mr. Desmond Von Klue, in public, then attempted to shoot a Mr. James William Henry Harrison Hersey IV, but did not succeed when his weapon failed.
  3. A person is guilty of conspiracy in the second degree when, with intent that the conduct performed constitutes a Class A felony, he agrees with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct.
  4. Since Mr. Desmond Von Klue attempted to shoot the Mr. James William Henry Harrison Hersey IV directly after the speech of the Mr. Metal Crusader, it can be shown he agreed with the Mr. Metal Crusader to commit a Class A Felony.
  5. A person is guilty of violation of the terms of service in the first degree when he (h) organizes, promotes, or engages in any illegal or dangerous behavior in direct violation or breach of the community guidelines.
  6. Discord Community Guideline #5 states, “Do not organize, promote, or incite violence against individuals or groups of people... This includes coordinating, promoting, or encouraging acts of violence to be carried out.”
  7. On the 29th of March, 2026, in Dawnhold, Mr. Desmond Von Klue did knowingly and willfully act in violation of Title D, Article 40, Republic of Krameria Penal Law, Section 40.15.
  8. Conspiracy in the First Degree (§ 40.15) is a Class A Felony.

COUNT TWO

Attempt (§45.00)

  1. Mr. Desmond Von Klue, in public, attempted to shoot a Mr. James William Henry Harrison Hersey IV, but did not succeed when his weapon failed.
  2. Attempted commission of crimes shall constitute a violation of the same, and they shall be prosecuted to equal extent.
  3. On the 29th of March, 2026, in Dawnhold, Mr. Desmond Von Klue did knowingly and willfully act in violation of Title D, Article 45, Republic of Krameria Penal Law, Section 45.00.
  4. Hence, Count Three is alleged.
