BILL OF COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

NOW COMES, Classical Rick, appearing pro se in the above captioned matter, brings this Bill of Complaint and alleges as follows:


I. JURISDICTION

This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article 37 of the Constitution of the Republic of Krameria, which vests judicial power in the Supreme Court and, granting authority over all cases arising under the Constitution and laws of the Republic.

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

On or about March 4, 2026, the National Congress enacted the “National Firearm Control and Public Safety Act.”

The Act establishes a national licensing system requiring all individuals to obtain government approval prior to possessing or using a firearm, with licenses expiring every four weeks. It further imposes restrictions on firearm classifications, magazine capacity, mandatory registration, and grants discretionary authority to executive officials, including the Vice President, to permit exceptions. The Act also imposes criminal penalties for noncompliance and authorizes regulatory enforcement affecting private individuals exercising lawful conduct.

As a result of these provisions, the Complainant has suffered and continues to suffer injury through the infringement of constitutional rights, the imposition of excessive and recurring regulatory burdens, and the subjection of fundamental liberties to discretionary government control.

III. CAUSES OF ACTION

The Defendant’s enactment and enforcement of the Act violates the Constitution of the Republic of Krameria, including:
