BILL OF COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

NOW COMES, Classical Rick, appearing pro se in the above captioned matter, brings this Bill of Complaint and alleges as follows:


I. JURISDICTION

This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article 37 of the Constitution of the Republic of Krameria, which vests judicial power in the Supreme Court and granting authority over all cases arising under the Constitution and executive actions.

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

On or about March 6, 2026, the Defendant issued Executive Order No. 1418.

The Order purports to:

No act of the National Congress authorized the annexation, governance, or military control of these territories.

As a result of these actions, the Complainant and the constitutional order of the Republic have suffered injury through the unlawful expansion of executive power and violation of governing law.
