BILL OF COMPLAINT Jurisdiction This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to The Constitution of the Republic of Krameria, Title V, Article 37
Statement of Facts On March 31st, 2026, the President of the Republic of Krameria EXECUTIVE ORDER #1436 - APPOINTMENT OF GOVERNORS TO THE STATES OF ARCADIA AND FORTITUDE, which appointed INDIA_WILL_WIN_ALL_THE_WORLDCUPS as Governor of Arcadia and AKA as Governor of Fortitude. The President has no power to appoint governors, as they are elected offices chosen by the citizens of individual states. As such, he has disinfranchised all Arcadians and Fortitudians in the selection of the next governor.
Cause(s) of Action The Defendant’s conduct violates Title III, Article 18 of the Constitution of the Republic of Krameria, as the presidential power of appointment does not extend to elected state offices. The Defendant's conduct violates Title II, Article 11 of the Constitution of the Republic of Krameria, since a power not enumerated in the constitution, the appointment of governors, is being denied to states by the federal government.
Prayer for Relief Complainant respectfully requests that this Court grant the relief sought, including an immediate injunction preventing the enforcement of the executive order in question and consideration of the constitutionality of the president's ability to appoint state office holders. Such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
