§9.1 Discovery shall be conducted under the supervision of the Court in a manner that is fair, proportionate, and efficient.

§9.2 Parties may request the production of documents, records, communications, or other materials relevant to the issues in dispute.

§9.3 The Court may limit discovery where it determines that a request:

• is excessive or burdensome;
• lacks sufficient relevance;
• is intended to harass or delay.

§9.4 Failure to comply with discovery obligations may result in:

• exclusion of evidence;
• adverse inferences;
• contempt charges;
• sanctions imposed by the Court.
