§8.1 All parties shall have a continuing duty to disclose all relevant evidence to the opposing party.

§8.2 This duty shall include disclosure of any material that:

• supports the party’s case;
• undermines the opposing party’s case;
• or may materially affect the outcome.

§8.3 The obligation of disclosure shall persist throughout the entirety of proceedings.
