§5.1 The Court shall actively manage all cases to ensure their timely and efficient resolution.

§5.2 The Judge may issue case management orders at any stage of proceedings, including orders relating to:

• deadlines for submissions;
• disclosure of evidence;
• limitation of issues;
• scheduling of hearings.

§5.3 Parties shall comply strictly with all case management orders, and failure to do so may result in sanctions, adverse findings, or procedural penalties.

§5.4 The Court may consolidate related matters or separate issues where necessary to promote efficiency or fairness.
