§48.1 Proceedings initiated prior to the commencement of this Act shall continue under the procedural law in force at the time of filing, except where:
(a) the Court determines that application of this Act is necessary to prevent manifest injustice; or
(b) both parties consent to the application of this Act.
§48.2 No proceeding shall be invalidated solely due to transition between procedural regimes.
