§47.1 This Act shall come into force immediately upon its enactment by the National Congress of Krameria and upon receiving the assent of the President of the Republic.

§47.2 From the moment of commencement, all proceedings initiated before the Circuit Court shall be governed exclusively by the provisions of this Act, except where expressly excluded under the transitional provisions contained herein.

§47.3 Any procedural step, ruling, or direction issued after commencement shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with this Act, regardless of when the underlying matter was filed.
