§46.1 Except as expressly repealed or amended by this Section, all other provisions of the Circuit Court Organization Act of 2026 shall remain in full force and effect.

§46.2 The repeal of en banc provisions shall not affect the validity of any judgment, ruling, or order previously issued by the Circuit Court prior to the commencement of this Act.

§46.3 No action, proceeding, or determination lawfully completed prior to the enactment of this Act shall be reopened or invalidated by virtue of this Act.
