§45.1 Any ambiguity arising from the coexistence of this Act and the Circuit Court Organization Act of 2026 shall be resolved in favour of the provisions of this Act.

§45.2 Where conflict exists between this Act and any prior legislation regarding appellate procedure, this Act shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.

§45.3 All references to collective judicial decision-making within the Circuit Court shall be interpreted as references to the individual authority of a single Judge or a separate appellate Judge, as applicable under this Act.
