§44.1 The appellate structure of the Circuit Court is hereby amended such that all references to en banc rehearing, collective review, or joint judicial determination are replaced with a two-tier appellate system consisting exclusively of:

• (a) internal appellate review by a different Judge of the Circuit Court; and
• (b) appellate review by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Krameria.

§44.2 Any provision of prior law that purports to establish rehearing before multiple Judges of the Circuit Court shall be of no effect and shall be replaced by the internal appellate mechanism established under this Act.

§44.3 All appellate rights previously exercised through en banc proceedings shall henceforth be exercised exclusively through the appellate mechanisms set out in this Act.
