§43.1 All provisions of the Circuit Court Organization Act of 2026 relating to rehearings en banc, collective judicial sittings, or multi-judge reconsideration of Circuit Court decisions are hereby repealed in their entirety.

§43.2 Section IV of the Circuit Court Organization Act of 2026, titled “Rehearings En Banc,” is hereby struck in full and shall have no legal force or effect from the date of enactment of this Act.

§43.3 Any reference within the Circuit Court Organization Act of 2026 or any other enactment to the Circuit Court sitting en banc shall be read as null and void and shall not be applied, interpreted, or relied upon in any judicial proceeding.
