§42.1 A decision of the Circuit Court shall remain subject to appeal until finally determined under this Section.

§42.2 A decision of an appellate Judge of the Circuit Court shall remain subject to appeal until finally determined by the Supreme Court or otherwise lawfully exhausted.

§42.3 A decision of the Supreme Court shall be final, binding, and not subject to further review within the judicial system of Krameria.
