§41.1 The filing of an appeal shall not automatically suspend the operation of the decision being appealed unless otherwise ordered by the appellate authority.

§41.2 The appellate Judge or the Supreme Court may issue interim or preservative orders where necessary to protect the interests of justice pending determination of the appeal.

§41.3 Upon determination of an appeal, the appellate decision shall replace the original decision to the extent specified in that ruling.
