§40.1 An appeal may be brought on one or more of the following grounds:
- (a) an error of law;
- (b) a material procedural irregularity;
- (c) wrongful admission or exclusion of evidence;
- (d) findings of fact that are unreasonable or unsupported by evidence;
- (e) miscarriage of justice;
- (f) any other ground recognised by law or constitutional principle.
