§39.1 A party may appeal a decision of the Circuit Court, including a decision made on internal appeal, to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Krameria.

§39.2 The Supreme Court shall have complete discretion to:

• (a) accept or refuse to hear the appeal;
• (b) determine the appeal on written submissions;
• (c) hold a hearing if it considers necessary;
• (d) make any order it deems just, lawful, and appropriate.

§39.3 Where the Supreme Court hears an appeal, its decision shall be final and binding on all courts within the Republic.
