§37.1 Appeals from the Circuit Court shall be determined through a two-tier structure consisting of:

• (a) internal appellate review by a different Judge of the Circuit Court; and
• (b) external appellate review by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Krameria.

§37.2 Internal appellate review shall constitute the primary appellate mechanism unless otherwise directed by law or by the Supreme Court.

§37.3 No appeal shall ever be heard by the Judge who originally presided over the case at first instance.
