§34.1 The Judge shall retain discretion to manage proceedings in a manner consistent with the interests of justice.

§34.2 Such discretion may include modification of procedural requirements where strict application would result in unfairness or inefficiency.

§34.3 Judicial discretion shall not be exercised in a manner that contradicts the fundamental rights or core provisions established by this Act.
