§33.1 Where contempt is established, the Court may impose penalties proportionate to the seriousness of the conduct.

§33.2 Such penalties may include:

• (a) formal warnings;
• (b) removal from proceedings;
• (c) restriction of participation;
• (d) jail time up to four (4) days;
• (e) additional sanctions deemed appropriate by the Court.
