§32.1 The Court may initiate contempt proceedings on its own motion or upon application by a party.

§32.2 A person accused of contempt shall be informed of the alleged conduct and given an opportunity to respond.

§32.3 The Court shall determine whether contempt has occurred based on the evidence presented.
