§26.1 Where a respondent in a civil proceeding fails to file a response or appear, the Court may issue a default judgment in favor of the claimant.

§26.2 Prior to issuing default judgment, the Court shall ensure that:

• (a) the claim has been properly served;
• (b) sufficient time for response has elapsed.

§26.3 The Court may require the claimant to provide additional evidence or submissions before granting default judgment.

§26.4 A default judgment may include the full or partial relief sought by the claimant, as deemed appropriate by the Court.
