§22.1 Upon conclusion of evidence, each party shall have the opportunity to present closing arguments.

§22.2 Closing arguments shall:

• (a) summarize the evidence;
• (b) apply the law to the facts;
• (c) advocate for a particular outcome.

§22.3 No new evidence may be introduced during closing arguments.
