§20.1 The Court shall exclude evidence where:

• (a) it was obtained unlawfully;
• (b) it is unreliable or misleading;
• (c) it lacks relevance;
• (d) its prejudicial effect substantially outweighs its probative value.

§20.2 The exclusion of evidence shall not prevent the Court from considering alternative admissible material addressing the same issue.
