§2.1 This Act shall govern all procedural, evidentiary, and administrative matters arising within the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of the Republic of Krameria.

§2.2 The provisions of this Act shall apply exclusively to the Circuit Court and shall not extend to any other judicial body unless expressly adopted by law.

§2.3 This Act shall apply only to proceedings initiated after its enactment, including all criminal charges, civil filings, and related judicial actions.

§2.4 Any matter commenced prior to enactment shall continue under the procedural framework in force at the time of its initiation.

§2.5 No provision of this Act shall be interpreted to apply retroactively, nor shall it serve as grounds to reopen, invalidate, or otherwise disturb any prior proceeding, ruling, or judgment.
