§19.1 All evidence must be authenticated prior to admission.

§19.2 Authentication shall require sufficient proof that the evidence is genuine and has not been altered or fabricated.

§19.3 The Court may require supporting material, including:

• (a) testimony verifying origin;
• (b) confirmation of integrity;
• (c) documentation establishing authenticity.

§19.4 Evidence that cannot be satisfactorily authenticated shall be excluded.
