§18.1 Evidence shall be admissible only where it is relevant, reliable, and materially connected to the issues in dispute.

§18.2 Evidence shall be considered relevant where it tends to prove or disprove a fact in issue.

§18.3 The Court shall assess both the probative value and potential prejudice of evidence in determining admissibility.
