§15.1 Witnesses shall provide testimony under the supervision and control of the Court.

§15.2 Each witness shall testify only to matters within their knowledge, observation, or expertise.

§15.3 The Court may require a witness to affirm that their testimony is truthful prior to giving evidence.

§15.4 The Court shall determine the weight to be given to witness testimony based on credibility, consistency, and reliability.
