§14.1 Each party shall have the right to deliver an opening statement outlining their case.

§14.2 An opening statement shall:

• (a) identify the issues in dispute;
• (b) summarize the facts to be established;
• (c) provide an overview of the evidence to be presented.

§14.3 Opening statements shall not contain arguments beyond a reasonable outline of the case, nor shall they include matters not intended to be supported by evidence.

§14.4 The Court may limit or interrupt an opening statement that is excessively long, repetitive, or improper.
