§11.1 The initiating party shall present a detailed outline of its case, including legal arguments and supporting evidence.

§11.2 The responding party shall be afforded full opportunity to:

• challenge the sufficiency of the case;
• dispute evidence;
• raise procedural objections;
• submit motions.

§11.3 The Court shall hear and determine all pre-trial motions, including:

• motions to dismiss;
• motions to exclude evidence;
• motions to compel discovery;
• motions for summary determination.

§11.4 Upon conclusion of pre-trial proceedings, the Court shall issue directions specifying:

• the issues to be tried;
• the evidence admitted;
• any limitations on the scope of trial.
