A minimum wage of ₭ 25 per hour is hereby established for all compensated labor, calculated on the basis of gross wages prior to the deduction of any taxes or withholdings, except where otherwise expressly provided by law. The Secretary of Economy and Finance shall ensure enforcement and may issue such regulations as are necessary for its implementation.
