Sentences of imprisonment may not be imposed for an organization found guilty of committing offenses, but a term of suspension may be ordered for an equivalent term allowable by law. Organizational suspension shall require that all operations of the organization cease, including fundraising, selling any products or services, contesting elections, donating funds, or any other official acts of the organization, with the exception of appealing verdicts or sentences as permitted under the law, making payments for legal services for such appeals, and other tax or fee payments as required by law.
