Political parties, registered businesses, corporations, and any other organization may be found guilty of criminal offenses, if it is proven that any agent, member, or person authorized to act on behalf of, an organization committed the offenses for the benefit of the organization and—
(1) the leadership, management, owner, or owners of the organization knew, or should have had reason to know, that the acts would be committed;
(2) the organization was negligent or reckless in ensuring compliance with the law; or,
(3) the organization has engaged in a pattern of corrupt or unlawful activity.
