Except as otherwise provided by law, the Prosecution shall have to prove the guilt of the Defendant in a fair criminal trial, beyond a reasonable doubt. This shall include all necessary elements of the alleged offense, and the necessary elements of any alleged offense enhancements, excluding specifications. Screenshots, if deemed authentic, may be sufficient evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
