The presiding judge shall impose a sentence sufficient to, but not greater than necessary, comply with the purposes of sentencing set forth in this section. The court, in determining what sentence should be imposed, shall consider—

(1) the nature and circumstances of the offense and criminal conduct;

(2) the history and character of the offender;

(3) the need for the sentence imposed to—

(A) reflect the seriousness of the conduct and offense;

(B) promote respect for the law;

(C) provide just punishment for the offense and conduct;

(D) Provide adequate deterrence to similar or future criminal conduct; and,

(E) to protect the Republic of Krameria and the public from further criminal activity by the offender;

(4) the types of sentences available and legally permissible;

(5) any sentencing guidelines issued by the Supreme Court; and,

(6) any other factors established by law, precedent, or the Constitution.
