The maximum term for community control which may be imposed for Felonies shall be as follows—

(1) for First-Degree Felonies, one hundred and twenty (120) days;

(2) for Second-Degree Felonies, ninety (90) days;

(3) for Third-Degree Felonies, sixty (60) days; and,

(4) for Fourth-Degree Felonies, forty-five (45) days.
