Probation, or community control, shall be permitted as a sentence in lieu of imprisonment for all offenses except for Capital Offenses and First Degree Felonies. Probation shall be permitted as a sentence in addition to imprisonment for all offenses, and in any such cases, the sentence of probation shall be served following the completion of the offender’s term of imprisonment.
