Any person who is found guilty of the commission of, attempted commission of, conspiracy to commit, or soliciting the commission of, any criminal offense in parts 102, 104, or 105 of this title is subject to the imposition of a suspension of their political rights. Any such suspension shall last for a term lasting not longer than two times the maximum allowable prison term specified in law for the offense or offenses for which the offender was convicted. If multiple such sentences are imposed, they may run consecutive to one another where permissible by law.
