The court, when imposing a sentence of restitution, shall order—

(1) the offender to pay the restitution to the victim or victims directly within a specified timeframe;

(2) the offender to pay the restitution to an official from the Department of Justice within a specified timeframe, who shall then transfer the funds to the victim or victims within two days; or,

(3) members of staff to transfer the money, if the offender fails to pay in the timeframe specified by the court.
